What are GMOs and what is it's purpose?
GMO stands for Genetically Modified Organisms in which a gene is taken out from one organism and gets transfered into another organism. The purpose of genetically modifying food is too get more of that product or to make it grow faster and bigger and in any season.

Why GMOs should not be used?
Genetically Modified Organisms should not be used because they have not proven that it is safe to eat, have unexpected health risk, and it harms the environment. They have not proven that it is healthy to eat GM food meaning that there could be risks of eating them. By eating GM food the health risk increases because the GM food causes unexpected allergies. For example, if a person is allergic to peanut and they eat a corn they would not take there allergy medicine because they are not eating peanut , but they do not know that the corn is genetically modified and that a peanut gene is inside the corn which cause that persons allergies. All the chemical that GMOs has it is harmful to the environment and to humans even though they say they have the solution to those problems.
